This policy explains in plain language what Dating AI does with your information when you browse the site, chat with a companion or pay for a membership.

1. 1. Who we areDating AI operates the website at datings-ai.com and is the controller of the personal data described on this page. Where we mention "we", "us" or "Dating AI", we mean that operator.
2. 2. Scope of this policyThis policy covers the Dating AI website, the companion chat experience, membership billing and any email we send you. It does not cover third-party websites you reach through links.
3. 3. Age requirementDating AI is available only to adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and any account that appears to belong to one is closed and its data deleted.
4. 4. Account dataWhen you register we store an email address, a hashed password or a third-party sign-in identifier, your display name and the date the account was created.
5. 5. Conversation dataMessages you exchange with a companion are stored so the conversation can continue across sessions and devices. They are linked to your account and are not published anywhere.
6. 6. Character preferencesChoices you make when creating a companion, such as appearance, personality traits, interests and tone, are stored as part of your profile so your companion stays consistent.
7. 7. Payment dataCard and wallet details are handled by our payment processors. Dating AI receives only the transaction result, the plan you bought, the last digits of the instrument and the billing country.
8. 8. Device and log dataWe record IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, timestamps and pages viewed for security, fraud prevention and diagnostics.
9. 9. Cookies and similar technologyWe use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, preference cookies to remember your settings, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent.

22. 22. Objection and restrictionYou may object to processing based on legitimate interests and ask us to restrict processing while a request is being examined.
23. 23. Withdrawing consentWhere processing relies on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened lawfully.
24. 24. Automated decisionsCompanion replies are generated automatically, but no automated decision produces legal effects for you. Account restrictions are reviewed by a person before they become permanent.
25. 25. Children's content prohibitionAny attempt to generate or request sexual content involving minors results in immediate termination and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.
26. 26. Third-party linksLinks to external sites are provided for convenience. Once you leave Dating AI, the privacy practices of that site apply.
27. 27. Regional rightsResidents of the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada and certain United States jurisdictions have additional statutory rights, and we honour them without discrimination.
